You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and transaction PIN, and notify us when you suspect unauthorised access.
Payments and wallet services
Amounts, fees and status are presented before confirmation where applicable. Pending transactions may require provider verification. Do not repeat an uncertain payment request.
Acceptable use
KaFat Pay must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass security and transaction controls.
Service availability
External banks and providers can affect processing time and availability. We use reconciliation and support processes to resolve qualifying issues.
